Note :
C/Officer and C/Engineer shall have the experience of same kind vessel over 24 months.
In case there are vacancies due to marine incident and crew's injury/iliness, the head of crewing department may not apply age criteria being expected the delay of vessel's enterning/leaving port.
Accept of shore duty experience of officer : When the new employed officer has a shore duty experience in the same kind of or related company (including organization or administration), 50% of the period for the related work can be recognized as an embarkation experience.
The mentioned sea service career means embarkation experience without over 2 years of void period. If over 2 years of void period exist, only 2/3 (embarkation period before void x 2/3) embarkation experience before the void period shall be applied.

Note :
Chief Cook has to hold the certificate of proficiency for food and catering in accordance with MLC Standar A3.2 and requirements set out in the law and regulations of the Flag State.
Dedicated officer as Medical Administrator has to complete training in medical care in accordance to the requirement of STCW and hold such certificate.
All deck ratings assigned to board oil / chemical tanker after 01st Jan 2016 shall join advanced training course for oil / chemical tanker cargo operation.
