Recruitment can be processed according to "Monthly Recruit plan for ship's personnel" but it also can be done upon occasion considering the necessity of manpower supply such as a vacant rank and movement. As a general rule.

1. Establish the plan of Recruitment

  • Inform each succesfull applicants of the result of document assessment with the date of interview

  • 2nd / the 3rd interview : after 1st interview is passed

  • Confirm the disqualification

  • Check the License & Legal Training Documents with specific experience

  • Test the ability of English communication (MARLINS)

5. Specialized Medical Examination

  • Inform each succesfull applicants of the result of interview

  • Carry out the crew specialized medical examination

  • Confirm their health

6. Approved Recruitment

  • Prepare legal training and necessary document for joining vessel

  • Prepare rank assignment & necessary document for applicant

  • Write report and announce crew changes

  • sign the labor contract

7. Orientation

  • Carry out training before embarkation

8. Embarkation

  • Inform the captain of the ship (Crew change announcement)

9. Up to date personal data

  • Up to date personal record in case of changing data
